This multidisciplinary case describes a rare immune checkpoint inhibitor–associated overlap of myocarditis, myositis, and myasthenia gravis complicated by ventricular tachycardia and complete atrioventricular block, with recovery of atrioventricular conduction following immunomodulatory treatment.
