Shashi Nambisan (Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction and the Transportation Research Center) along with Alex Hainen of the University of Alabama, made an invited presentation, “Connected & Automated Vehicle Infrastructure System (CAVIS) Program Development and Deployment: Example in Alabama,” as part of  the "State & Local Deployments of Connected & Automated Vehicle Infrastructure” webinar earlier this month.  The webinar was hosted by the Transportation Research Board, a unit of the National Academies. The online event attracted more than 335 attendees from across the United States.
