Presentation: Nancy Strouse, Scott Roberts, and David Frommer

Nancy Strouse (Foundation), Scott Roberts (Foundation), and David Frommer (Planning and Construction) made presentations as part of the Leveraging Your Assets: Public Private Partnerships session at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, district VII conference in San Francisco in March. As university budgets tighten and state funding for capital construction diminishes, institutions are challenged to identify new options to improving their campuses and their ability to increase space and quality of facilities. Public-private partnerships have been viewed by many institutions as an ideal avenue for capital construction. The session featured case studies from institutions that have constructed facilities with significant public-private partnerships.
