Grant: Mingon Kang

Mingon Kang (Computer Science) recently received $132,000 in grants from Institute for Information & Communication Technology Promotion in South Korea. The project, entitled “Cultivating of innovative ICT‐based interdisciplinary global talents for AI‐based big data research in microorganism genome,” conducts deep learning-based bioinformatics research in collaboration with Sun Moon University and Korea Polar Research Institute of Marine Research Placement.
