Megan Gerke (Financial Planning, Budget, and Analysis) was accepted into the 2025–26 NACUBO Emerging Leaders Program (ELP).

Participants engage in a yearlong curriculum that includes in-person and virtual learning, executive coaching, and leadership skill-building tailored to the unique challenges of the higher education landscape.
