Erin Collier, Janet Dufek, Kate Shapiro, Juliet Casey, Catherine Weeks, Debra Coleman, John Fennig, Lisa Bausell, Maggie Campe, Tifara Rachal, Tondra De, and Deana Wilson competed as a team representing UNLV in The Coalition of Urban Serving Universities Advancing Racial Justice and Equity Intensive + Pitch Competition with the theme of Designing and Innovating to enSure underRepresented University Personnel Thrive. The team received honorable mention.

The dynamic, multidisciplinary team created a video detailing the pitch, submitted written documentation, and virtually participated in the conference.
