On March 26, Black Mountain Institute's Executive Director Colette LaBouff and Associate Director of Programs Charlotte Wyatt presented their workshop "Parachutes and Grassroots: Supporting Local Arts and Culture Ecosystems Through Resident Artists" for the 2026 Artists Thrive Summit. The Summit was a national event, with hubs in six cities, including Las Vegas. The workshop took place at the Historic Fifth Street School downtown.
