Ana L. Reyes, Selam Ayele, Blessing Imade, Noehealani Antolin, and Deborah A. Kuhls (all Medicine) presented "Driving Change: How Data Fuels Road Safety" at the National Summer Transportation Institute (NSTI) at UNLV on July 21, 2025. The NSTI at UNLV is a hands-on summer program for high-achieving high school students. Participants explore real-world issues related to transportation systems, urban planning, and pedestrian safety, while gaining exposure to STEM careers, college pathways, and the role of engineering in building safer, more efficient communities.
