Dr. Alex Rowan (Medicine) won the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award for his essay entitled “Consulting AI: Building Inclusiveness in Acute Care Surgery” which was awarded at the 2025 Annual Meeting in Boston, MA.
