The Office of Online Education is dedicated to working with the university community to support your success as an online student.

Course Questions

If you have questions about the assignments and requirements of a course you are enrolled in please consult the syllabus for the course. Your instructor is your first point of contact for questions and resolving issues relating to assignments, examinations, and grades.

WebCampus Support

If you need assistance with WebCampus you may find a solution at the WebCampus Support students page. Tutorials and instructions for all aspects of WebCampus are available there.

Other Technical Support

The UNLV Office of Information Technology provides students with technical support through the IT-Help Desk. You can submit a help requestemail your question, or call the IT Help Desk directly at 702-895-0777.

Academic Success Center & Advising

On a campus as big as UNLV, simply finding the right place to go for help can be challenging. Start at the Academic Success Center and they will guide you to the resources you need to be successful!

The Academic Advising Unit in the Academic Success Center (ASC) is the home for undergraduate Exploring Majors, non-degree seeking students, and Major Pathways’ students.

The Graduate College’s Student Advising Services also provides informal and student-centered issue-resolution services, and general advising advice, to graduate students and prospective graduate students.
