Virtual New Employee Orientation

The virtual orientation consists of two separate sessions you may register for.

  • Session 1 covers Introduction to UNLV resources, onboarding, and Workday,  and will be held from 1:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
  • Session 2 covers health insurance, voluntary benefits, and retirement, and will be held 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Who Should Attend

All newly benefit eligible full-time faculty and staff members, including those who go from part-time to regular full-time, should attend New Employee Orientation.

How to Attend New Employee Orientation

To attend one or both of the virtual New Employee Orientation sessions, click on the link below on the scheduled day and time to attend the Zoom meeting.

Orientation Schedule

Virtual Orientation classes will be conducted once a month. Orientation can be attended before your first date of employment, or within one month of being hired.
