The Department of Finance at UNLV is committed to “Improving lives through finance education.” We host various events and initiatives to enhance student learning and professional development. Our programs include:
- Rebels on Wall Street: An annual student trip to New York City, offering first hand exposure to leading financial firms.
- Finance Graduation and Awards Reception: A celebration recognizing the achievements of our students, faculty, and alumni.
- President’s Investment Challenge: A campus-wide experiential learning opportunity focused on investment strategies.
These are just a few examples of how we empower our students to excel in finance. If you share our vision and would like to support our mission, we invite you to give to that vision through the Department of Finance.
Ways to Give
Option 1: Give Online

Visit our Donation Page.

Locate the “Lee Business School” tab.

Find and select “Business–Finance Department” in the “Program designation” field. (You can also select “Lee Department of Finance Commercial Banking Program” if you want to specifically support the banking program.)

Choose your gift amount and donation frequency. If you choose “Other”, please enter an amount.

Click on “+ Add to Donation.” You will then see your donation option in “Your Donation Summary.” Click “Continue” to the “Payment Method” page.

Enter the payment method, then “Continue.”

On the “Donation options” page, enter the information if you wish. Click “Continue.”

On the “Your Information” page, enter the relevant information. You have the option to provide “additional gift instructions.” Then “Submit donation.”

You are done! A tax-deductible donation receipt should be emailed automatically to the email address that you provided.
Option 2: Give by Mail
Make checks payable to UNLV Foundation and include a printable giving form with your donation. Please designate your gift to the "Department of Finance (Lee Business School)" and, if applicable, specify its intended use.
