Several UNLV services offer general undergraduate advising support, including the Wilson Advising Center and the Academic Success Center. You can also speak with the UNLV faculty Anthropology Undergraduate Coordinator (Dr. Peter Gray) during the regular academic calendar. You might ask about campus and community resources and professional opportunities as you explore what your degree experience affords now and in the future. See Undergraduate Support and Engagement to help foster ideas for discussion.

To schedule a virtual meeting with Dr. Peter Gray, please select a 30-minute block from options available via Google Calendar. To book an appointment, you must create a Google Calendar account for yourself, which you can do with your RebelMail. Click on one of the available appointment options and provide a bit of information for what you would like to discuss, and then click Save. Please also indicate whether you wish to meet in-person (in WRI A126) or virtually (WebEx). If you need to reschedule, you must delete the event on your own calendar; please be on time. If you cannot make one of the available appointment options, please email Lisa Johnson at to find an alternate day and time for a virtual meeting.

Undergraduate and graduate students: if you are seeking permission to enroll in a class, please email our administrative assistant Heather Nepa at
