  • Got a leadership emergency? Channel your inner Jimmy Neutron and learn how to think before you panic. In this high-energy session, we’ll explore how stress affects decision-making and how to stay creative and calm in chaos. Participants will:

    • Examine how stress affects decision-making and contributes to reactive leadership.​

    • Learn strategies to pause, assess, and choose thoughtful responses during high-pressure moments.​

    • Practice applying a problem-solving model to complex, emotionally charged leadership challenges.
