Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Team
The LEAD Team is a sponsored student organization that plans programs and workshops to empower and promote UNLV student leadership development. Leadership programs, like leadership lunches and LEADing Edge outdoor adventure trips, are free for all currently-enrolled UNLV students.

Want to help your class, student group, or registered student organization grow as leaders? Our team conducts experiential workshops in classes, meetings, and trainings to help students develop the leadership skills they need. Previous workshops have addressed important leadership concepts like conflict competence, emotional intelligence, and developing strengths-based teams.
