Poster Run is a service provided by the SORCE/SU316 Front Desk Student Staff. It was designed to help Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) market themselves and their events on campus. The staff makes weekly “Poster Runs” to post approved flyers at various locations around campus. These locations are comprised mostly of Free Posting Boards or boards managed by individual departments. The SORCE/SU316 Front Desk Student Staff does not manage the posting boards and therefore cannot take responsibility for missing or destroyed posters.

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and University Departments

Twenty-five (25) copies for campus bulletin boards and/or ffifty (50) copies for the residential halls, seventy-five total (75), 8.5x11inches, must be RSO or department sponsored, event cannot be more than 2 weeks in advance, all flyers must abide by the SIA Policies and Procedures.

Flyers must be turned in to the SORCE Room Thursday before 7pm to be included in the Friday morning Poster Run.

Summer 2025

No Poster Runs

Fall 2025

  • Normal Scheduled Poster Run: Friday, August 29, 2025 - Friday, December 5, 2025.
  • Thursday, October 30, 2025 (adjusted for Nevada Day)
    • Flyers are due Wednesday, October 29th before 7 p.m. to the SORCE room.
  • Wednesday, November 26, 2025 (adjusted for break)
    • Flyers are due Tuesday, November 25th before 7 p.m. to the SORCE room.

Spring 2026

  • Normal Scheduled Poster Run: Friday, January 16, 2026 - Friday, May 1, 2026
  • There will be no poster run on Friday, March 20, 2026 due to Spring Break Recess

Please note: Poster Run is a privilege provided to RSOs who are in good standing, this privilege can be revoked if in bad standing.
