Join the Brain Health & You Team at the Aging Wellness Expo! March 2 (11 a.m.-1 p.m.)

Join us at the Las Vegas Review-Journal's annual Aging Wellness Expo in the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa to learn more about the effects of diabetes, stress, and nutrition on your brain health. The expo will take place throughout the day on Saturday, March 2, but we invite you to join us from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will feature Richard Davis, a published writer and community outreach speaker on health care issues, who will discuss “Managing Diabetes and Stress." Ken Moser, an executive chef and vice president of Food and Beverage, will present on the topic of “Eat Towards a Healthier Brain." Kate Zhong, a geriatric psychiatrist, pharmacologist, and Alzheimer’s clinical researcher, will add her expertise to the discussion and moderate the event.

This free community event aims to provide you with tips and techniques to successfully reduce stress and anxiety, educate you on fresh vs. frozen vs. canned food, provide practical healthy cooking methods, and inform you about lifestyle changes to manage or reduce your risk of diabetes. No registration is required. We hope to see you there!
