Infant, Child, and Adolescent Research Participants Needed

Professor Jennifer Rennels’ Baby & Child Rebel Lab at UNLV is seeking families with 5- to 11-month-old infants, 4- to 9.5-year-old children, and 12.5- to 14.5-year-old teenagers to participate in research studies that examine how children learn and think about people in their social world. During your visit with an infant, we will record your baby watching videos of different types of faces while sitting with you. These studies last approximately 3-10 minutes, with an average visit to the lab lasting about 20-30 minutes. Children and teenagers also complete short tasks designed to be engaging (visit to lab lasts ~30-45 minutes). Babies and preschoolers receive a UNLV baby rebel t-shirt, onesie, bib, or small gift for participating and some studies provide compensation. Older children and teenagers receive a small gift or entry into a drawing to win a gift card.
