Bistro 410, a hospitality student-run dinner service, will resume operations beginning March 5. Meals are served on select Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Stan Fulton Building and range from $12-$15 per plate. All dinners are open to the public. Reservations are required for parties with 7+ people (email info@UNLVBistro410.com).
