All are welcome to join the 3rd annual Powwow for the Planet from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 19 and from noon to 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, on the Chem Lawn. The event is free and open to the public.

About the event

Native UNLV and the Las Vegas urban Indigenous community are collaborating to present the 3rd annual Powwow for the Planet. This event aims to champion cultural preservation and leadership development amongst Native youth,  advocacy for environmental justice and the protection of Indigenous sacred places in Nevada.
