Charlotta Sanders (Mechanical Engineering) along with co-authors Mark Callis Sanders and Marshall Tuten (Slippery Rock University) have published an opinion commentary in the journal Trends in Technical and Scientific Research titled “Over Fossil Fueled: The Fundamentals for a Low-Carbon Diet." Their commentary highlights a few of the challenges, benefits, and risks of the global transition from a fossil fuel-based economy to green energy alternatives, as policy-makers seek to create an environment allowing low carbon power-generating methods to flourish, that are stable, efficient, and cost effective.
