Academic advising for students in the Greenspun College of Urban Affairs is conducted in the undergraduate academic advising center on the fourth floor, room 4108, of Greenspun Hall. Students are encouraged to meet with an academic advisor once a semester to map out courses, understand degree requirements and learn about university academic policies.
The coordinator of graduate studies will be advising all students entering the graduate program. Students must select a permanent advisor to work with them through the completion of the program before completing 16 credit hours. The advisor will approve all the student’s coursework. If a student would like to propose coursework, it must be before completion of 16 credit hours and with the approval of the student’s permanent advisor and the coordinator of graduate studies.
