Breakout Rooms

Breakout Rooms are only available to occupants of the Science and Engineering Building; they come equipped with seating for six and a white board for collaboration and small group meetings. These rooms are available on a first come first serve basis and keys are only given to SEB Principal Investigators (PI) and Post-Doctoral faculty. Non-PI’s and Post Docs must request access to breakout rooms through their PI.

Conference Rooms

Conference rooms can be reserved for larger meetings by SEB occupants and other UNLV faculty. Keys for conference rooms are only provided to SEB PI’s, post-doctoral faculty, and SEB administrative staff. Requestors may ask SEB administrative staff to provide access into conference rooms they have reserved.

For conference room requests please download and complete a Conference Room Request form and submit it to the SEB administration by email, by fax 702-774-4733, or drop off to SEB Room 2102.

Conference Room Options and Amenities

• 2251 – Executive Conference Room: 18 seats with additional 6 guest chairs, adjoining kitchen, Audio Visual includes: PC, projector, laptop connections (HDMI and VGA), DVD, Blue Ray, VHS, and whiteboard.
• 3265 – Large Conference Room: 18 seats, Audio Visual includes: projector, laptop connections (VGA), DVD, VHS, and whiteboard.
• 2212 – Medium Conference Room: 12 seats, Audio Visual includes: flat screen monitor, laptop connection (VGA), DVD, VHS, and whiteboard.
• 4212 – Medium Conference Room: 10 seats, Audio Visual includes: flat screen monitor, laptop connection (VGA), DVD, VHS, and whiteboard.
• 2151 – Small Conference Rooms: 10 seats, Audio Visual includes: 55" touch screen computer with USB ports, HDMI and VGA connectors, whiteboard, Counter, and Drawer Space.
• 3151 – Small Conference Rooms: 10 seats, whiteboard, counter, and drawer space.
• 4151 – Small Conference Rooms: 10 seats, whiteboard, counter, and drawer space.
