How It Works
- F-1 visa holders here to study English language only must enroll full-time (4 courses= 20 hours/week)
- Requires an application through the Intensive English Program
- Courses are in-person, Monday through Friday, on the UNLV campus
- Domestic students, full-time degree seeking students, or part-time learners may take any number of courses
- Students may select 8-week or 16-week course options for all courses. There is no difference in taking the first 8 weeks or second 8 weeks in a semester.
- Taking multiple courses together will improve your learning as well as reduce overall cost. We offer 2, 3, and 4-course bundles for both 8 or 16 weeks.
- Tuition for our 4 courses are equal. If you register for a bundle, we will contact you to confirm your course selection after receiving your payment.
- Domestic students interested in learning full-time and living in UNLV Housing should apply to the Intensive English Program as a domestic student.
- Courses are currently held in-person on weekdays. If you are interested in evening, weekend, or online classes, please fill out our Interest Form. These classes are great for working adults, part-time learners, visitors, or anyone looking to strengthen their English outside of regular work or school hours.

You may take as many courses as you wish to meet your goals.
