Services
Departmental Transfers to the UNLV Surplus Center
- Use the UNLV AssetWorks platform to initiate a Surplus Transfer.
- AssetWorks information and training is found on the Property Control Website Services Tab.
- Departments are responsible for coordinating the transportation of property to and from the Surplus Center.
- Moving Services offers a pickup service for surplus property for a nominal fee.
- All deliveries require an appointment with the Surplus Center.
The Surplus Center Accepts Donated Goods From The General Public
If you have gently used goods that you are not using you can give them a second home while enhancing the UNLV student experience through the sale of your donated goods.
All donors will receive a donation receipt.
The UNLV Surplus Center adheres to and complies with all UNLV Foundation Policies and procedures.

Pickups
Pickups (street level/first floor only) are arranged on a limited basis and subject to available resources. If your donation requires pickup, please contact a Surplus Center representative to explore that possibility. Thank you in advance for your understanding that pickups may or may not be available.
