1. In Google Calendar, add a new meeting.
  2. Select More options at the bottom of the meeting window.

  1. Add Title (ie, Work from FDH).
  2. Select Date and Time.
    1. Set recurring schedule (optional).
  3. Change Availability from Busy to Free

  1. Select Rooms. (Next to the Guests tab)
    1. Input the type of space to reserve (ie, conference, office, or workstation).
    2. Select room from list. (Hint: Float the cursor over a room to see the details or special instructions for the space.)
  2. If having trouble finding a room and time? select Find a Time.
  3. Select Save when done.
