Familiarize yourself with MyUNLV and regularly check your To-Do List located in the Tasks tile. Be sure to complete any items on your list before each semester. Review and finalize your class schedule through the Enrollment tile.
Set Up Your RebelCard
The RebelCard is your official UNLV ID. It can be used at the library and many other facilities on campus. You can also deposit money to your card called RebelCash, which can be used at participating locations on and off campus. Submit your photo online today to avoid being cut off from services or standing in a long line to get your card.
Purchase a Parking Permit
Whether you are a commuter or living on campus year-round, there are different permits available to meet your needs.
Apply for On-Campus Student Employment
Interested in working on campus? Login to Handshake from the Career Services homepage and begin searching for available job opportunities.
Purchase your Textbooks
The easiest way to get your textbooks is through your MyUNLV account. Once you have registered for classes, your textbook list will be available from the UNLV Bookstore through the My Custom Textbook List link your MyUNLV Enrollment Tile. You can choose between new or used books, and even request to either buy or rent the books (if available). Books can be shipped or picked up at the bookstore.
Read Your New Student Orientation Handbook
Your handbook includes student support resources for future reference and details regarding important policies. You’ll also receive a physical copy of the handbook at your orientation session.

Sign Up for a Meal Plan
There is a range of delicious and healthy options with Residential and Commuter meal plans for our students. Explore UNLV Dining for more information on meal plans, dining locations, and hours of service.
Review Your Tuition & Payment Options
View your account balance, pay your tuition and fees, learn about deadlines, or sign up for a monthly payment plan on MyUNLV. Review your payment options online. Be sure to pay your tuition and fees before the start of the semester to avoid late fees.
Connect to Eduroam Wi-Fi
UNLV offers free, secure Wi-Fi to all UNLV students through eduroam network. Follow the online instructions to configure your devices. Once you set up eduroam, it will automatically connect in the future.
Download RebelSAFE
RebelSAFE is the official mobile safety app of UNLV. It provides UNLV students, employees, faculty, and community members with many features to keep themselves safe.
