The late Andrew C. Tuttle was an emeritus associate professor of political science at UNLV where he taught classes from 1968 to 2000. He was beloved by many for his passion and dedication to the study of politics and political systems. In honor of his longtime service and thousands of students that he taught over the years, the Tuttle family is establishing this Fund that will have a perpetual impact on future UNLV students.

To be eligible for the Andrew C. Tuttle Memorial Scholarship Fund, student(s) must meet the following criteria:

  1. Student(s) must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above;
  2. Student(s) must be majors in political science; and
  3. Student(s) must be in good academic standing at UNLV.

*Unless otherwise noted, all students who fill out a FAFSA or alternate need form and meet the criteria for the scholarship will be considered. No other application is needed.

*Selected award winner’s name is due to the College of Liberal Arts Dean’s office by December 1st.
