About
The Rebel Learning Lounge is designed to provide undergraduate students flexible support outside of traditional hours. Whether you’re looking for academic help, a welcoming place to study, or a community to connect with – we’re here for you! The Lounge is open Sunday through Thursday, 5-8 p.m., throughout the 16-week semester. Our services are available to all currently enrolled students.

Rebel Learning Lounge will be closed Nov. 11 (Veteran Day), November 25 (Thanksgiving Break) and Dec 10, 2026 will be the last day open.
Note: Spring 2027 hours will begin Tuesday January 19, 2027.

Please note that walk-ins are welcome for all our services. No appointment? No problem. Stop by anytime during open hours; we’re ready when you are!
Tutoring
The UNLV Student Success team offers complimentary tutoring services to all undergraduate students. Support is offered through in-person campus tutoring opportunities and online via NetTutor. In-person sessions are led by current UNLV students who have successfully completed the supported courses with a grade of “B” or higher and have been recommended by academic faculty. These sessions provide structured study time with peers, subject material reviews, and strategies to enhance understanding of course content. Students can view the RLL tutoring schedule here.

Success Coaching
Success Coaching provides one-on-one engagement opportunities to help students set and achieve academic, personal, and professional goals. The coach-student partnership is an important accountability component for every student as they navigate the college experience. Success Coaches engage students virtually and in-person to dive into topics: time management, study skills, self-care, self-advocacy, and communication skills. Writing Center Consultants
Our consultants work with writers at all levels and across all academic disciplines. Whether students are just getting started or stuck mid-draft, we can help them move forward. Our consultants are available in the Rebel Learning Lounge on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 p.m. during the Fall Semester.
