10-11:30 a.m: Placement Auditions
Placement auditions determine level placement for technique courses. Required for dance majors and non-majors who are looking to place into technique courses higher than the 100 level. Attendees will be assessed in technique in ballet, jazz, and modern.
12-1:30 p.m: BFA Auditions
BFA auditions are required only for students interested in pursuing a BFA in Dance: Performance & Choreography. Attendees will perform a 2-minute self choreographed solo to determine admission into the Performance & Choreography degree track.
Admission Information
This audition is open to prospective dance majors and non-majors looking to place into technique courses higher than the 100 level. Registration is free and required. Registered attendees will receive communications with more details as date approaches.
