The building houses the art, dance, music, and theatre arts departments. Special features include music practice rooms, art studios, ceramics facilities, a dance studio, a theatre, the Donna Beam Fine Arts Gallery, theatre set design studio, outdoor sculpture studio, general purpose classrooms and administrative faculty offices.
