Academic faculty members who are new to UNLV, as well as those who want an inspirational boost, are invited to a panel discussion: Setting Realistic Goals.

This panel will focus on strategies for setting realistic, achievable goals that balance ambition with sustainability. Panelists will discuss common challenges such as perfectionism and over-commitment. The discussion will include practical approaches for breaking down big projects, aligning goals with long-term priorities, and celebrating progress along the way.

Doors will open at 9:30, providing an opportunity for informal networking and conversation before the session begins.
