Description

Just like Alex, Marty, Gloria, and Melman had to adapt when they found themselves far from the comforts of the Central Park Zoo, resilience is all about learning how to navigate the wild twists and turns of life.

In this program, participants will explore the LeaderShape model of resilience to discover their core values—the anchors that keep us steady when things feel unpredictable. Together, we’ll identify the challenges that call for resilience, learn how to rewrite our own stories with confidence (kind of like Julien declaring himself king of the lemurs), and reflect on the ways we can build strength both within ourselves and alongside our communities. By the end, you’ll not only recognize your own resilience but also leave ready to co-create it with your team—because in the jungle of change, we’re better when we move it, move it together.
