Join us at this meet and greet as we kick off this year's program where students can learn more about the mentorship program, meet ABV mentors, and engage in an intimate and dynamic dialogue centered around the Black teaching experience. Light refreshments will be served.

About the Amplifying Black Voice Critical Mentorship Program
The Amplifying Black Voices Critical Mentorship Program (ABV) is a partnership between UNLV's College of Education and the Southern Nevada Black Educators Initiative. The partnership was created to support and retain the college's Black students while offering a safe, affirming, and free space for them to thrive throughout their journeys to becoming future Black leaders in Nevada's education system.

This meet and greet is open to UNLV College of Education students, newly licensed educators (0-3 years), and long-term substitute teachers.
