Please fill out the fields below to have your event posted to the UNLV Calendar of Events. A calendar editor will review and post the entry within 72 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).

There is an 80 character limit for event titles. Please note, if you exceed this limit, your title may be subject to editing.

Event Location
Enter specific room or off-campus location here. For Online/Virtual events, please type Online or Virtual. Do NOT include URL or meeting information here. Use the admission information field below.
Event Information
The event description cannot be the same as the event title.

Admission information: (Do not type N/A) You MUST include information regarding who the event is open to, where tickets can be obtained, or any other related information. Virtual events MUST provide details regarding login and meeting information.

Event Files
Ideal image size ratio is a 6x4 ratio. Minimum size: 850x566px. Maximum size: 2000x1333px. No portrait oriented photos.
Do not submit a flyer for your main image. Images should contain little or no text.
