This workshop, which is a part of the Academic Job Search Demystified series, aims to provide students with a foundation to help them excel in the teaching demonstration component of the academic job interview process. Participants will gain valuable insights into creating strong teaching demonstrations that effectively showcase their teaching abilities and pedagogical approach.

By participating in this workshop you will:

  • Learn how to structure and design teaching a demonstration that clearly conveys your teaching philosophy, objectives, and methodologies.
  • Gain the tools and knowledge needed to confidently deliver a teaching demonstration that impresses hiring committees.
