  • Cybersecurity Training
    All staff are required to take the mandatory cybersecurity training. If you have not yet done so, you will need to complete it as soon as possible. Take the training!
  • Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
    The Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) requires all faculty and staff to complete training that addresses sexual harassment and sexual misconduct. The training, as stated in the NSHE Board of Regents Handbook, must be completed within 6 months after an employee is initially appointed to an affiliated institution and at least once every two years after the appointment.   • Training for Supervisors of Classified Employees
    Employees with supervisory responsibilities for Classified staff are required to complete 6 specific trainings every 3 years to remain in compliance. Instructions on how to attend these courses online are included in the link above. Register!
  • Work Study Students
    Summer work-study students must have first completed one of the following forms to allow UNLV Financial Aid & Scholarships Office to determine their eligibility:
    • Summer 2020 Financial Aid Application
      Students who plan to take classes over the summer must complete this form. It is needed to ensure that the student has a summer Cost of Attendance, and is awarded/offered any financial aid he/she is eligible for (including work-study). This form must be submitted and processed before work-study eligibility can be determined.
    • Summer 2020 Work Study Intent to Enroll Fall Form
      Students who do not plan to take classes over the summer, but attended in the spring and will be returning in the fall, must complete this form.
