Computer Lab Monitor

Resident computer lab monitors assist residents with common inquiries, such as printing in the lab and general knowledge of the residence halls. Lab monitors are also responsible for maintaining safety and cleanliness of the lab environment. Interested applicants should have some knowledge of Microsoft Office, Rebelmail, Webcampus, and troubleshooting.

Rebel Repair Desk Assistant

Desk assistants provide general customer service for the Rebel Repair Help Desk, which supports the maintenance, custodial, and technology operations for the Student Life departments. Rebel Repair assistants answer phones, accept and route work order requests, and conduct daily operations of the Rebel Repair Help Desk.

Student Life Technology Technician

SLT technicians provide support for technology within the residential halls and all Student Life departments. They maintain and fix computer equipment as well as provide assistance with common issues, such as internet connectivity and software functionality.

Student Life Maintenance Porter

SLM Porters assist our maintenance staff with moving and assembling furniture, conducting weekly inspections of laundry facilities, providing access and escort to vendors, and report work orders for repair. Knowledge of Risk Management and Safety Practices, moving large equipment and Microsoft Office preferred.
