The Institutional Engagement & Experience Council (IEEC) is a cross-unit body at UNLV that coordinates campus-wide efforts to build a shared, consistent university culture. The IEEC exists to ensure strategic alignment, inclusive engagement, and systemic change initiatives that promote a thriving university climate across Colleges, Schools, and Divisions.
Core Functions

- Highlights and shares effective engagement practices across colleges, schools, and divisions.
Council Membership
The IEEC brings together representatives from academic and administrative units across campus who support initiatives affecting the faculty and staff experience, operating through a hub-and-spoke model that connects unit representatives, aligns their efforts, and surfaces effective practices across different parts of campus. Members are selected by their respective Deans, or administrative leader.
