The information provided on this website is to help inform students, staff, and community members about how the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities interacts with student organizations at UNLV. We care about the safety and well-being of all individuals associated with our student organizations, and we appreciate your support as we work together to keep our campus and community safe.
Policies and Processes
- All student organizations must abide by federal, state, and local laws along with all university policies. This includes the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act, all Nevada Revised Statutes, including that on Hazing, and the UNLV Student Conduct Code.
- If any reports of alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code are reported to the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities (OSRR) the process for investigation found in the Student Conduct Code will begin.
- Any individuals with questions about Student Organization resources, directories, or how to join an organization can find information and contacts on the Student Involvement and Activities website.
