Audition Procedure
- Complete a Google document used for communication purposes. Please provide your RebelMail email and NSHE Student Identification Number as well as your hometown you would like to appear on concert programs.
- Video record yourself playing each item in order as it appears on the audition sheet with an audible metronome in the background and upload to YouTube as "unlisted" not "private".
- Submit your YouTube links to unlvbands@gmail.com by August 9, 2026 Results will be posted soon after.

Audition Order
Scales
All requested scales are major and articulated according to the example below.
Required scales are in the instrument’s key (i.e. B-flat Clarinet: G, 3 octaves = Concert F):
- Flute: C (3 octaves), B (2 octaves)
- Oboe: D-flat (2 octaves), E-flat (2 octaves)
- Bassoon: B-flat (3 octaves), A (2 octaves)
- B-flat Clarinet: G (3 octaves), E (3 octaves)
- Bass Clarinet: G (2 octaves), A (2 octaves)
- E-flat Alto Saxophone: C-sharp (2 octaves), F (2 octaves)
- B-flat Trumpet: A (2 octaves), D (2 octaves)
- Horn: C (3 octaves), F-sharp (2 octaves)
- Trombone: A (2 octaves), D (2 octaves)
- Euphonium: F (2 octaves), G (2 octaves)
- Tuba: E-flat (3 octaves), B (2 octaves)
