The .pdf files of the electropherogram traces, which show the fluorescent intensity of the dye-labeled fragments including the confidence of the base calls, the resulting .seq files (sequences) and AB1 files (raw data) will be emailed to the principal investigator. If the investigator would like to open the AB1 raw data files, trace viewer software is required to do so. We recommend ABI's Sequence Sequence Scanner Software v2.0 which is a free download and can be found at the following link:
