This award is given annually to an outstanding UNLV instructor. To be eligible, faculty members must have won a college teaching award, so this award is given to one of the best of the best.
Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
This annual award program was established to recognize individuals who have achieved excellence in the scholarship of teaching and learning as demonstrated through research that focuses on evidence-based teaching practices that promote UNLV students’ learning.
Outstanding Teaching by Part-Time Faculty Award
This award recognizes significant contributions to student learning by part-time teaching faculty.
UNLV Foundation Distinguished Teaching Award and Nevada Regents' Teaching Award
The annual UNLV Foundation Distinguished Teaching Award recognizes faculty members with a distinguished record of teaching excellence. One winning faculty member from a tenure/tenure-track role and one winning faculty member from a non-tenure track role will be nominated for the state-level Nevada Regents’ Teaching Award.
