Ambroise Aubrun and Jonathan Rhodes Lee present a recital of sonatas for violin and harpsichord. The music on this program will feature both traditional solo violin sonatas with continuo accompaniment and so-called sonates avec accompagnement de violin, in which the harpsichord takes the solo role. The recital will feature works by Leclair, Guillemain, Corrette, De la Guerre, L. Couperin, and Mondonville.
