Description

Join us for day 2 of a two-day cultural and wellness experience exploring the philosophy and practices of traditional Chinese medicine. This day features guided movement sessions, interactive wellness demonstrations, and a special closing lecture, offering participants a deeper look into traditional healing practices.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience:

  • Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade)

  • Tai Chi

  • Traditional Chinese medicine therapy demonstrations

  • Herbal wellness beverage tasting

Throughout the afternoon, guests can engage in rotating open experience stations, including popular science demonstrations of traditional Chinese medicine therapies and hands-on wellness exploration.

The day will conclude with a featured open lecture, Nine-Palace & Bagua Hand Diagnosis (Hand Diagnosis in TCM), from 3:45–4:30 p.m. featuring experts from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.
