Description

Join us for day 1 of a two-day cultural and wellness experience introducing the philosophy and practices of traditional Chinese medicine.
This day will feature a foundational lecture followed by interactive, beginner-friendly movement sessions and hands-on experiences held outdoors in Pida Plaza.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore traditional Chinese wellness practices, including:

  • Baduanjin (Eight-Section Brocade) 
  • Tai Chi 
  • Practical TCM wellness techniques 
  • Herbal fragrance sachet (pouch) making 

The day begins with a special introduction to traditional Chinese medicine lecture led by experts from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, followed by rotating open experiences throughout the afternoon.
