Soprano Isabel Amor Ferguson Performs Her Senior Recital

Description

Enjoy an evening of vocal repertoire showcasing different styles and languages. Pianist Jae Ahn-Benton and guitarist Kyle Khembunjong are accompanying Isabel Amor Ferguson, student of Dr. Monica McCullough, for the final recital of her bachelor’s degree in music. The program includes:

  • Italian songs by composers who are best known for their operas, including Rossini, Donizetti, Verdi, and Bellini;
  • Excerpts from Enrique Granados's Collección de tonadillas;
  • French mélodies by Poulenc; and
  • German lieder by Richard Strauss and Robert Schumann.

Join us in the lobby before the recital (4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) for drinks, snacks, and delicious Filipino food from a local Las Vegas business. Please note that food and drinks are not permitted in the hall and the performance will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.
