Overall wellness is integral to students navigating the challenges of graduate school. In this workshop, students will learn about beneficial tactics to prioritize self-care, maintain balance, and cultivate resilience amidst the demands of academic and personal life. Learning about these strategies will help students to enhance their overall well-being and develop the skills needed to thrive in challenging circumstances.
By participating in this workshop students will:

Identify the challenges of burnout and the importance of self-care for maintaining physical, emotional, and mental well-being during graduate school.

Understand the concept of resilience and its role in navigating setbacks.

Learn to establish boundaries between academic commitments and personal life.
