Description
This workshop is intended for people at all levels of their religious and/or spiritual journey, including those questioning, hurt by or no longer connected to religion and/or spirituality. It invites participants to explore religion and spirituality as potential sources of empowerment, healing, and liberation. Traditional teachings have often been shaped by structures of oppression, leaving individuals feeling disconnected from their faith and religious/spiritual communities. This workshop aims to unpack these histories and reimagine faith, religion, and spirituality rooted in justice, authenticity, and personal freedom.
