Generations of colonization and oppression have left many of us today with questions about our histories. This workshop is for Latinx folks who are searching for ways to reconnect with the parts of their identities that were silenced or lost. This workshop will provide a historical understanding about colonization, liberation, strategies to reconnect with yourself, and what it means to heal in community.
